Two ladies appeared earlier than an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Courtroom on Friday, August 5 for allegedly failing to meet their caregiving duties, which resulted within the* molestation of a two-year-old lady entrusted to their care.
Deborah Babajide, 42, a instructor and Toyin Odusanya, 48, a nanny, are on trial for negligence.
The prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, stated in courtroom that they dedicated the crime on Might 6 in Obanikoro, Lagos. Akeem revealed that the defendants labored at a non-public college within the Obanikoro space of Lagos.
