Our coffee is naturally sweet, and we explore this planet to buy the sweetest coffee that we can find. Some coffee has a sweet taste, that is honey; others generate molasses or maple syrup; the others, brown sugar or caramel. We know you can choose to enjoy it with a few drops of milk or a spoonful of sugar, but we want them to be sweet enough so you don't have to do it.
Our coffee often tastes like fruit. Not because we added something artificial to them, but because the coffee beans that we baked came from small round fruits that we called cherries. That's because it is usually cooked in a dark red color, although it may also be yellow and in some cases orange or pink. Whatever the color, the Coffee Coffee Cherry shares the same organic acid as the fresh fruit that we like: Lime citric acid, peaches, and BlackBerry tartaric acid can all be found in coffee cherries.
Our best coffee balances the sweetness and acidity of the elegant flower tone layered with a crispy fruit taste with a satisfying mouth and an attached final layer.
